OPT OUT ULSU Fall 2025 Opt-Out

Students who wish to opt-out of the ULSU Health & Dental Benefits must login to The Bridge to complete their opt-out request.

Please opt-out on The Bridge prior to the September 26th deadline

Once logged in click:

Under main menu click "Student"
Under Student section click "Health & Dental Opt-Out Form"
Complete the form and submit.

Failure to opt-out by the deadline may result in your opt-out not being approved.

PLEASE NOTE: The Canadian Dental Care Plan is not comparable coverage and cannot be used to opt-out of the ULSU Extended Health & Dental Plan. Please review the eligibility requirements for the Canadian Dental Care Plan here.
