Claims Deadline: All claims must be submitted to RWAM no later than 12 months from the date the expense was incurred. In the event of termination of coverage, claims incurred prior to the termination date must be submitted to RWAM within 3 months of the termination date.
The easiest way to make a claim is to use the RWAM Member Portal. However, you may still submit a claim via e-mail, fax or mail by following the instructions in the appropriate tab below.
Once you have access to the portal, you can download the Plan Member app and submit claims easily using your phone.
Tips for Registering:
Use either Google Chrome or Firefox
Click "Register Now" to open the registration page
Enter your first name the same way you have registered at school (you may or may not need your middle name)
Your Group Number is 490002
Your ID on the plan is your Student ID number
Once you've completed the form in full, click "Continue", your User ID will be displayed on the screen as a 12 digit number - WRITE THIS DOWN. You will then be prompted to have your password e-mailed to you. Once you get the e-mail you're in!
