I.M. WELL

I.M. Well is a mental health and wellness program where students can engage with mental health resources and tools, 24/7, for free. Students are encouraged to download the free studentVIP mobile app to have access to the I.M. Well mental health and wellness supports at their finger tips.

I.M. Well is available to all international students studying at Dalhousie University and their families, even after graduation. That means, parents and siblings can use I.M. Well at no cost and the service is completely confidential.

Being a student can be hard sometimes – and that is okay! There's always someone to talk to with I.M. Well.
